The High Hopes Helpline is a student run service for Binghamton University students to talk through any issue they may be facing from stress, break-ups, grief/loss, or career worries.
Our mission is to serve as a safe and effective source of information and assistance to the students of Binghamton University through the operation of a helpline.
Our helpline is staffed by heavily trained student volunteers and is run as a partnership between the Student Association and the Binghamton University Counseling Center.
Would you like High Hopes to come and speak at your event? We can present on many different topics related to mental health, from what to say to a friend in need to active listening skills.
We are open every day during the Fall and Spring semesters (we are closed during the winter and summer sessions)

In the mean time you can still be an advocate of the High Hopes Helpline. Please spread the word! We are open from 8pm to 11pm every night (including weekends) during the fall and spring semesters. Our phone number is (607)-777-HELP (4357).
You can call us or beep us if you want to reach us, but if you would like to email us please use the form below (we actually don't have a pager). We do not provide our services over email - please call us for assistance.
